Scope & Acceptance

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("user", "visitor") and SmartEye.AI LTD ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to your access to and use of the informational website published at the Company's primary domain and any subdomains controlled by the Company.

Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms as in force at the time of access. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the site.

Purpose of the Site

This website serves an informational and marketing purpose only. It describes the Company, its products, and its industry positioning. It does not constitute:

Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, copyright, or proprietary material of the Company without our prior written authorization.

Where applicable law does not permit such limitation, the Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred (100) New Israeli Shekels.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, and you irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
